60-day home trial

We want you to actually live in your AuraLift 3D Leggings before you decide. You have 60 days from the delivery date to try them — at home, at work, at the gym. Not convinced? Send them back for an exchange or a full refund.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items should be in resalable condition where possible; normal signs of trying-on are perfectly fine — that is the point of the trial.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Free size exchanges

Wrong size? We ship the correct size free of charge. Contact us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the size you need.

How to start a return

  1. Email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and return address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

1-year warranty

Every pair is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (seams, waistband, knit integrity under normal use). A defective pair is replaced free — no debate.
